With over 90 satisfied clients and counting, we are excited to help bring your ideas to fruition in the shape of your dream home in your ideal neighborhood.

Our foundation dates to 2002 arising from the opportunity to be the exclusive builders for the Village and Villas communities in the newly created Cherry Creek Country Club community.  That opportunity included the design and construction of the stunning common area landscapes, waterways and amenities to complement the beauty of this private gated golf course community.  The nearly seventy homes that are completed and occupied in the community are a culmination of the vision for homes that take advantage of these amenities and provide the discriminating homebuyer with thoughtfully designed, maintenance free indoor and outdoor living space.

The mission of Eldorado Building Company includes building upon this foundation with addition of new offerings of fully custom homes in the Estates portion of the Cherry Creek Country Club community, while continuing with the completion of the Villas and Village communities.  These efforts are firmly underway with many new homes built and delivered since our restart in 2010 and many more currently under construction, including exciting new custom home designs.  Our team includes the key individuals who provided the leadership and vision in the conception of these communities, along with others with shared vision and values that have joined our company to ensure successful execution of our expanding opportunities.

We have been afforded the opportunity to share our expertise and experience with others outside of the Cherry Creek Country Club community and are expanding our network of resources in order to meet the challenges of those opportunities.  Our services include construction of new custom homes and custom home renovations.  We believe we have a unique group of individuals, talents and experience to serve those who desire to own the home that meets the needs and desires of their changing lifestyle.  Through assembling a team of well-versed architects who serve your needs and our standards, your dream home can and will come to life.



Dave Hostetler is the CEO, founder and owner of the Company.  Dave manages the day-to-day operations of the business as well as sharing in the leadership responsibilities outlined above.  Dave was the President of Eldorado Building Corp. prior to the formation of the Company in 2009.  Eldorado Building Corp. was the exclusive builder of the Villas neighborhood at Cherry Creek Country Club.  Dave was also an operating partner in a family owned private equity firm prior to the Company’s formation. Dave was a partner in a large regional public accounting firm prior to his move to private equity and residential home building.  Dave has a Bachelor’s Degree from Goshen College

Pete Anderson is the Director of Construction of the company.  Pete directs the day to day activities of the team building the dream homes of our clients.  Pete also has been involved with Cherry Creek Country Club since 2002.  He has been in the custom residential construction business for nearly 30 years.  Our clients tell us that Pete and his team foster great confidence and that their home is being built to their expectations and he goes to great lengths to deliver what they desire.   Pete has always focused on the unique needs of each client to make the home building experience a positive one.

Jim Hostetler is Warranty Manager. Jim is responsible for all post-closing customer service items that every custom home owner experiences. Jim has over 40 years experience in production and custom home building. Jim has a Bachelor of Science in construction management from University of Western Michigan.

Rachelle Rice is the Director of Operations of the Company.  She also has been with the company since 2003 and has spent most of her professional career in homebuilding.  Rachelle is a CPA.  She does a terrific job running the back office function of a custom luxury homebuilder.  Rachelle has a Bachelor of Science degree from Western State University.
